This Christmas weekend was one for the record books for the NFL, which boasted several of its most-watched games in decades.
The Miami Dolphins eked out a victory over the Dallas Cowboys on Christmas Eve, drawing 31.5M viewers for Fox. That’s the most-watched game of the week, and it’s actually the network’s best performance for America’s Game of the Week since 1995.
The Dolphins-Cowboys matchup also up 13% over last year’s Week 16 audience to become one of the most-watched games of the season.
On Christmas Day, CBS and Nickelodeon set a record, delivering the the most-watched NFL Christmas Day game since 1989 with 29.2M people tuning in for the Raiders-Chiefs.
