It had us thinking back to Ash Wednesday 2010, when Biden was Vice President and he was getting ready to give a televised press conference.
Filling the minutes before it started with chatter, Sky News presenter Kay Burley expressed confusion and concern about the mark on Biden’s face thinking it was a bruise.
At the time, Joe Biden was unveiling fiscal stimulus package in Washington, however, Kay was more interested in the ‘nasty’ brown mark and how he might have come to it.
