Jamie King has been granted a temporary restraining order against husband Kyle Newman while also filing for divorce, according to reports.

The 41-year-old actress and model has reportedly split with the filmmaker, 44, who she has been married to since 2007. Jaime and Kyle shares sons Leo, four, and James, six.

According to TMZ, Jaime filed legal documents in Los Angeles on Monday (18.05.20) to ask for the divorce, while People confirmed she was also granted the temporary restraining order after filing for a domestic violence prevention petition.

Court records obtained by the publication say a judge approved the order to be held until a hearing on 8 June. It was reported Jaime also filed for an emergency motion related to child custody and
