'Disappointed' Zara Tindall faced double Olympic heartbreak - but she still made history

As she stood on the podium to receive her silver medal, a smile beamed across the face of Zara Tindall. She had been part of Team GB's equestrian eventing team, which came second at the London 2012 Olympics - and became the first immediate member of the royal family to clinch an Olympic medal.
