Disabled Tesco shopper hit with parking fine - despite having blue badge

A disabled woman with a blue badge was told pay a fine for parking at Tesco. Wales Online reported that Claire Lewis went to the Tesco store in Merthyr Tydfil on Wednesday, October 27 to shop with her mum.
