A woman was slapped with a £90 fine after going 10 minutes over the allocated parking time at Lidl. Karen Grant, 50, spent almost £200 at the budget supermarket but received a parking charge notice in the post a few weeks later, Liverpool Echo reports.
Ms Grant, of the Wirral, described the fine as 'unfair' in a post on neighbourhood social media site, Nextdoor, but said she would pay it as she did not want the 'ongoing demands and stress'.
