Dick Sheppard has died at the age of 90. The stuntman, who worked on the Italian Job and two James Bond films, died on March 1, his family confirmed.
He appeared in 500 films and held 18 world records, and once boasted that he had wrecked 2,003 cars in his career. One of his most memorable stunts saw the-father-of-nine ride an ex-army motorbike through a 100 foot tunnel of fire, a record which four people died trying to beat before.
