The heartbroken families of two women who died in a tragic accident at a waterfall in the Brecon Beacons National Park have paid tribute to the married couple whose 'endless laughter will be forever remembered'.
Rachael and Helen Patching from Kent took a trip to Wales and were visiting Ystradfellte Falls in Powys where there were reports of two people in the water last Wednesday at around 11:45am.The bodies of Rachael, 33 and Helen, 52 were sadly recovered from the river in the following days after the sighting, Wales Online reports.
Their families have issued a joint statement as they pay tribute to the 'selfless and loving' couple who shared a strong 'love for animals'.They have also thanked everyone who had come to their aid to support them through their 'immeasurable loss'.
The statement read: “We are devastated to have suffered such an immeasurable loss following the news of Rachael and Helen’s passing at just 33 and 52. "They were such a devoted, selfless, and loving couple having had an immensely positive impact on all those they met.
