South Lanarkshire Council has put offices up for sale, creating opportunities for development.The Montrose House Offices in Hamilton, formerly used by the Southern Scottish Electricity Board and bought by the council around 20 years ago have been put up for sale.The offices were used by the local authority and lie across from the council headquarters.

The site has now been declared as a surplus to the council and no longer needed and are now available for purchase.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
