A director behind the Despicable Me franchise opened up about creating live-action adaptations of the animated movies. Chris Renaud directed the first two movies in the series and returned for the recently released Despicable Me 4.
In a new interview, Chris was asked if there were any conversations about following in the footsteps of Disney and turning the franchise into live-action movies.
