A Delta Airlines jet crashed and flipped upside down on the runway at an airport in Toronto, Canada, last night. Pictures from Toronto Pearson Airport showed the plane completely capsized with rescue teams on site.

The plane was approaching Toronto from Minneapolis when issues began, following a widespread storm that had caused disruption across Canada.Reports claim around 80 people were on board and at least eight people were injured in the landing.

Thankfully, all passengers have survived the crash, in what some are deeming a "miracle".Passenger John Nelson captured the immediate aftermath of the crash on film and posted it on Facebook.

He said: “In Toronto... just landed... our plane crashed... it’s upside down.”He was filming while running away from the wreckage of the upside down plane, and several officials were seen helping people off the aircraft while he spoke.
