Death in Paradise’s Ralf Little, 41, has defended Idris Elba, 49, after Twitter users took aim at the Hollywood star over his views on climate change.
The Luther actor had attended the Cop26 summit on Saturday, where he addressed issues affecting food supply and global warming.During his speech, Idris said people “might be a little irritated" to see celebrities supporting measures against climate change.But he added: "We don't recognise that when we go into Sainsbury's or Marks & Spencers."And one day we’re going to go to Sainsbury’s or Marks & Spencers and the food’s not going to be there."So for perspective, that's why this needs to be amplified."Ralf showed his support for the actor by taking to his Twitter account to respond to critics.
