A dealer who played a 'key part' in a county lines drugs gang has been jailed. Police said that David Morgan used his home to store drugs before they were sold on the streets.
Morgan, 49, was caught by plain clothes officers who watched him brazenly operating in Runcorn, Cheshire. Two wraps of crack cocaine were recovered from Morgan's customer, while Morgan’s DNA was later found to be on the wraps of drugs.
