Lisandro Martinez's new shirt number for Manchester United has been announced - and the fans love it. The Argentinian was finally announced as a United player on Wednesday after the deal had been all but confirmed for weeks.
The new defender was pictured being driven into Carrington by fellow new signing Christian Eriksen - the pair share a common bond of both having played for Ajax, albeit not at the same time.
It wasn't long before the 24-year-old was put through his paces as he took part in a behind-closed-doors friendly against Wrexham.
It was the first chance that Martinez had to play alongside his new teammates after he missed out on the club's pre-season tour of Thailand and Australia.
