Davina McCall has opened up about her emotional struggle after a huge family change. The 57-year-old TV presenter, who shares two daughters and a son with her ex-husband Matthew Robertson, revealed that she "cried all the way home" after her eldest daughter Holly, 22, left home.Her middle daughter Tilly, 21, reportedly resides in Sydney, leaving her 17-year-old son Chester as the only child still at home.

Recounting the poignant moment she left Holly in Manchester, Davina admitted to being overwhelmed despite the city being just "two hours away" by train.In her candid piece for The Times Magazine, Davina shared: "I wasn't worried about empty nest syndrome until I drove my daughter to Manchester recently.

We built IKEA furniture all day, settled her in, and then I cried all the way home."It's only two hours on the train, for crying out loud."
