Davina McCall has stepped out for the first time since her brain tumour operation. The 57 year old TV presenter attended a Christmas event for the Brain Tumour Research Campaign charity, where she delivered an emotional speech.

Earlier this month, Davina revealed that she had undergone surgery to remove a colloid cyst, a rare benign tumour in her brain.

In a video from the event, Davina can be seen getting emotional as she begins her speech by saying she's crying. "I'm crying already, that didn't go well," she admitted as she took to the stage. "I lost my sis to a brain tumour in 2012," she continued, before discussing her own diagnosis.

She was at the event at All Saints Church, Fulham supporting her neurosurgeon Kevin O'Neill. Earlier this month, the Masked Singer host shared how she worried boyfriend Michael Douglas, 49, when she woke up "confused" after the operation - but has since been recovering well.
