Davide Sanclimenti and Ekin-Su Culculoglu sparked concern among fans on Thursday after posting a hospital update from Italy.

The former Love Island winners, both 28, have been enjoying a jet-set lifestyle in recent weeks, travelling to the likes of Ibiza, Mallorca and now Italy - Davide's hometown.

But instead of gracing Instagram with their typical racy swimwear shots, this time Davide took to social media from a hospital.

The pair could be seen in a medical ward with serious expressions, wearing masks. Davide captioned the snap: 'So in hospitals in Italy it's still required to wear the mask apparently. ' Though this left fans concerned, only a couple of hours later the Love Island hunk shared a subsequent post.
