David Walliams has confirmed that work has started on a new programme which will be like Little Britain. The comedian revealed that he has been working on a new sketch show alongside Matt Lucas, with a host of new characters in the pipeline.
However, the show is likely to be far less controversial than Little Britain which first aired in 2003. The 49-year-old tells The Jonathan Ross Show on Saturday: "Me and Matt are meeting up and talking about projects. "We just have an idea of something we want to do. "The idea – where we play lots of different characters, which is, you know, something people expect from us – and so we’re just going to start writing it, and if we feel it’s good and we want to share it with people, we’ll ask if anyone
