Arsenal defender David Luiz insists the Gunners players are "getting it" under Mikel Arteta, who he has backed to become one of top bosses in the game.
Arteta joined Arsenal in December when he replaced Unai Emery in the hotseat, leaving his position as Manchester City's assistant boss and becoming a No.1 for the very first time.
His results have so far been decidedly mixed, but there have been good results and performances such as a strong home win against Manchester United and a draw at Chelsea with 10 men.
However there have also been disappointments, with the Europa League loss at home to Olympiakos chief among them. But Luiz says everyone at the club is on the right track, and backed Arteta to usher in a new era of success in north
