Manchester United are set for a quiet deadline day - but they have had plenty of drama in the past. The Red Devils snapped up four players on the final day of the summer transfer window with Facundo Pellistri, Edinson Cavani and Alex Telles all arriving at Old Trafford whilst a deal for Amad Diallo was agreed.
It was not the first time the club have splashed the cash on the final day of the transfer window - although that looks highly unlikely to happen this time around.
There has also been plenty of drama with potential outgoings in the past, but offloading fringe players is more likely to be a priority for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Ed Woodward this window.
