David De Gea has got Manchester United supporters calling for his return to Old Trafford on social media after his reunion with former teammate Bruno Fernandes.
The long-serving Spanish goalkeeper was allowed to leave the Premier League giants as a free agent this summer. De Gea, 32, spent 12 seasons with the club.
Erik ten Hag opted to replace the former Atletico Madrid goalkeeper with Andre Onana, who played under him at Ajax previously, and paid £47million for the privilege.
De Gea, meanwhile, has yet to settle on his next team having been tentatively linked with a move back to the Spanish capital with Real this summer.
