David Beckham splashed out on a lavish wedding gift for son Brooklyn and daughter-in-law Nicola Peltz, gifting the couple a $500,000 classic Jaguar.The couple were presented with the pale blue classic car after they got married at Nicola’s billionaire father Nelson’s £70million estate in Palm Beach, Florida on Saturday.The classic car was re-engineered and converted to an electric vehicle by restoration company Lunaz, a company of which David, 46, is an investor.

David and wife Victoria, 47, were pictured taking the car out for a test drive before presenting it to the newlyweds, who drove in style to their lavish post-wedding brunch.

Evidently sticking to a white theme, the bride had a white ribbon in her flowing blonde ponytail and Brooklyn looked dapper in a cream knitted top.The couple’s new vehicle aims to be sustainable, with its original polluting engine taken out and an electric motor added in.
