The footballer, 46, beamed as he was pictured on the red carpet alongside his mum Sandra, 72, who he took along for the event.
While he looked dapper, the star appeared to have had an accident prior to the event as he sported a mystery cut on his nose.
Despite the mystery ailment, David still looked sleek as he sported his traditional tuxedo on the red carpet. The star also sported a fresh trim after shaving a few inches of his bleach blond locks.
