deadline.comEXCLUSIVE: Award-winning Scottish comedian Daniel Sloss has announced that his fifth stand-up special, Hubris, is set to premiere exclusively on his website at 10 a.m.
PST this Saturday, December 21. Lauded by the ancient Greeks, hubris is the devastating, dangerous and of course exciting characteristic which often led to the hero’s downfall.
Sloss’ latest is described as a show that doesn’t require a trigger warning — which could be said of all the work for which he’s become known.
Check out a trailer for the special above. Hubris emerged from an idea Sloss had in 2020, to film the entire evolutionary process of generating material for the new show he was creating.
