Playing James Bond is not forever. But it seems Daniel Craig still has the golden touch – as his next venture will be a multi-million-dollar Netflix production.
The actor, whose fifth and final 007 film is set for release later this year, has been focusing on life after the secret agent.
Now, Netflix has reportedly agreed on a deal for two sequels to his 2019 whodunnit Knives Out. It did not say how much it had paid, but the deal is reported to be worth over $450million (€380million).
That would make it one of the most expensive ever for a streaming giant. Knives Out was written and directed by Rian Johnson and starred Craig, 53, as the mysterious and debonair private detective Benoit Blanc.
