Daniel Craig weighed in on huge James Bond news. On Thursday (February 20), it was revealed that Amazon MGM Studios would be assuming creative control over the iconic franchise, which was previously run by longtime producers Michael G.
Wilson and Barbara Broccoli. The actor played the iconic spy in multiple movies, culminating his run with 2021′s No Time to Die.
He shared his thoughts about the shocking development. Keep reading to find out more… “My respect, admiration and love for Barbara and Michael remain constant and undiminished,” he exclusively told Variety. “I wish Michael a long, relaxing (and well deserved) retirement and whatever ventures Barbara goes on to do, I know they will be spectacular and I hope I can be part of them.” Although Michael and Barbara will no longer be working on the Bond movies, they do still own the creative property alongside Amazon MGM.
