Dani Dyer has spoken candidly about her three stone weight gain after welcoming her baby son Santiago in January 2021. Dani, 25, discussed her insecurities with her dad Danny Dyer on their podcast Sorted with the Dyers, where she said that she sometimes feels “awful”.

Dani explained: "It is hard to learn how to love yourself. It takes a lot of time. I still have them. I have days where I feel awful.

Especially after I had Santi, I had that little stage ... I put on three stone.” She admitted that she Googled how much weight you're supposed to gain after giving birth, and revealed that “you’re only meant to put on two stone” according to the search engine.
