Dani Dyer has revealed she is battling 'extreme' night sweats after giving birth to baby Santiago three weeks ago. The former Love Island star, 24, welcomed a son with boyfriend Sammy Kimmence at the end of January and has been very honest about her experiences of being a first-time mum ever since.

In a candid chat wit her famous dad Danny Dyer on their Sorted with the Dyers podcast, Dani revealed she is suffering from postpartum sweating.

She told her dad she has "never experienced anything like it" before and worries about the "smell" her son experiences during breastfeeding. "Dad, I'm telling you now the hot sweats I get in the night time – Oh my God, the smell under my armpits.
