And the Love Island star, 24, has now hit back at her critics, saying she is "in love" with the name. She also revealed that she discovered the name on a TV show and her mum Joanne, who is half-Spanish, was really keen on it.
Taking to her Instagram stories on Monday, Dani answered questions from fans about baby Santiago and new motherhood. One told her: "My baby is Santiago too, born in September!
