Michael Schneider Variety Editor at Large “Dancing With the Stars” boogied to tremendous ratings growth throughout its Season 33, and that remained true for its season finale.

The multiplatform numbers are out for the Nov. 26 finale, and after seven days of viewing on ABC, Disney+, Hulu and other digital platforms, the final episode of “Dancing With the Stars” averaged nearly 8 million viewers and a 1.55 rating with adults 18-49.

That total viewers tally — 7.95 million — was up 25% over its live+same day number (6.36 million) and up 36% over its adults 18-49 average (1.14 million).

That means the largest “Dancing With the Stars” audience in three years tuned in to see the Len Goodman Mirrorball trophy awarded to Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson.
