Dancing On Ice studios hit by heavy snow as stars fear they're going to get stranded

The Dancing On Ice studios have been hit by heavy snow and some of the stars are worried they'll get stuck there. ITV's hit talent show is filmed at a purpose-built rink at the former RAF Bovingdon in Hertfortshire, and the site was hit by a blizzard which rolled in today.

Former contestant Gemma Collins, 39, is making a guest appearance on the show tonight and she filmed her journey into the studios as the weather worsened.

She was initially excited to see a few flake, but her excitement turned to anxiety as the roads leading up to the studio were blanketed in thick drifts.

Gemma told her followers she was worried about getting snowed in at the site if the snow continues to fall. She said: "When I get out of the Dancing On Ice studios
