Dancing on Ice's Amber Davies was forced to seek medical help after enduring a 'painful' injury while training for the ITV show.
The former Love Island winner, now West End star, had been preparing hard for the ice-skating competition which kicks off tonight.
During an intense training session, Amber was reduced to tears as she required medical attention due to a tear in her quad muscle.
The 27 year old, partnered with pro skater Simon Senecal for the new series, had to undergo physiotherapy following the mishap in their rigorous training regime.
