Dan Walker, 44, has taken to Twitter to reveal why hosts are banned from wearing green while in the BBC’s Tokyo Olympics studio.

Finding out the hard way, Dan suffered a hilarious wardrobe mishap when he arrived to host the Olympics Breakfast show this morning alongside co-host Sam Quek, 32.The star shared a photo of himself on set, showing him flouting the BBC’s rules about not wearing green outfits due to filming with a green screen.Presenters are warned against wearing green while working in front of a green screen, as when the green background is digitally removed, their body parts which are covered in the colour will also be removed.Dan demonstrated the issue in view of his 721,000 followers, as he was left looking like he had a.
