BBC Breakfast host Dan Walker, 43, has spoken out on Twitter after finding out some "sad news" within his family household.The Football Focus presenter was quick to reach out online as he continues to search for a "replacement" on the same day he lost their "loyal service".Dan, who lives with his wife Sarah and their three children, Chuck, Susanna, and Jessica, found out some sad news tonight and decided to share his story online."Sad news...
