Mark Woodbine, 29, paid £169 for the three-night stay with his five-year-old daughter Ellie at the Somerset holiday park. On arrival he claims he found "filth, grime and ants" in his chalet, so they left five minutes after checking in.
Mark eventually ended up spending hundreds of pounds to stay at a different location because of the "horrendous" accommodation allocated to him at the resort, Birmingham Live reports.
