A dumper truck driver lay dead on a building site for two days before his body was discovered by colleagues in what has been described as a "human tragedy".
Father-of-three David White, 38, suffered catastrophic injuries when his vehicle over-turned and crushed him at the building site where he was working back in October 2016.
As he was alone and on a weekend shift which he signed up for an extra £50, his body wasn't discovered till the Monday morning after his death - believed to have been on that Saturday.
When he was found Mr White had a handful of grass in his fist - suggesting he had not died instantly in the incident, the Wales Online reports.
