A dad who was scared he wouldn't see his kids grow up after spending a summer stuck in bed whilst they played outside has lost more than seven stone.
James Scroggie, who has gone from a size XXXXL to a XL after shedding more than 46kg, says he is a "different human being" and doesn't "recognise" his reflection in the mirror.

Before deciding to lose weight, James would eat up to 6,000 calories a day. He often found himself eating convenience food and having takeaways two or three times a week.
