A drunk driver who hit speeds of 130mph crashed his car then smashed up other vehicles with his bare hands during a terrifying motorway rampage.

Jason Levy, 26, was spared jail after a court heard he was 'going through a mental breakdown' and in 'turmoil' on the anniversary of the death of his mother.

Levy filmed himself at the wheel travelling at almost twice the 70mph limit before he ploughed into the central reservation, causing his car, a BMW, to roll over multiple times and land on its roof, magistrates heard.

When another motorist pulled over to help him, Levy told him to 'f*** off', the court was told. He then climbed out of the wreckage and began 'dancing' around in the stopped traffic, kicking and punching other cars.
