Da Brat is expecting her first baby! The 48-year-old rapper showed off her baby bump in a series of photos, as part of a high-fashion maternity shoot.

Keep reading to find out more… Speaking to People, Da Brat revealed that while the couple first said they were “extending their family” last year, they didn’t think it would actually happen. “It started as a joke, we were like, ‘We’re extending our family!’” she shared with the outlet. “But then we got a huge response.

It was like, ‘Oh my God do we want to actually have kids, and if we do, girl, we better hurry up!’” Jesseca does have three children from a previous relationship.

However, Da Brat didn’t think she would ever have children of her own. “I never thought I was going to have kids,” she said. “I just thought it wasn’t in the cards for me.
