Cristiano Ronaldo's sister has slammed the critics of her brother after he was targeted following the Nations League defeat to Spain on Tuesday.
Portugal lost 1-0 to their rivals in midweek with Alvaro Morata scoring the only goal of the game late on. Following the game, critics in the European country targeted Ronaldo for his performance in the match with some suggesting that he should be dropped.
Post-match Ronaldo's Manchester United teammate Bruno Fernandes stuck up for the 37-year-old suggesting that he was not solely to blame for the defeat.
