Crazy Town singer Shifty Shellshock's cause of death has been revealed - three months after his tragic death aged 49.The star’s cause of death was determined by The County of Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner as the effects of fentanyl, cocaine and methamphetamine, and the manner of death is accidental.The star, real name Seth Binzer, was found unresponsive in June.
At the time, his manager Howie Hubberman said that drugs played a role in his death, although his official cause of death had not been revealed.
He told PEOPLE at the time: "Seth Binzer, after struggling with addiction and Crazy Town's rapid success with 'Butterfly,' never was able to reach out on a more successful level to deal with his addictions.
We all tried, but ultimately we all failed, or Shifty would still be here." The star had struggled with addiction for many years and had always been open about his struggles with sobriety, as he appeared on the reality television series 'Celebrity Rehab 1' and 2 and 'Sober House 1' and 2.
