A family-of-seven have been forced to start selling off their belongings and say their lives have become a 'nightmare' amid the current cost of living crisis.

Kevin, 40 and Nicola Gomersall, 39, say they are struggling with mounting costs and can only afford to feed their five children cheap ready-meals.
