Sam Hunt has once AGAIN gotten behind the wheel when he shouldn’t have. The Body Like a Back Road crooner was arrested just outside of Nashville last week after cops pulled him over for allegedly speeding, according to TMZ.

But when they approached his vehicle, the situation got so much worse… According to the outlet, the 40-year-old somehow violated an interlock device in his car, which prevents drivers from starting their engine without passing a breathalyzer test.

The law enforcement officers arrested him on charges of speeding and violating an interlock device and booked him into jail, where he was released the same day on $1,500 bond.

As of now, it’s unclear how he bypassed the interlock mechanism, but a rep for the musician told TMZ his lawyer managed to get his paperwork cleared and there will be no official charges.
