Country singer Luke Combs plays free show for fans despite vocal issues and offering refunds

And I am so sorry,” he said, appearing to wipe away a tear.As Billboard reports, another video from the second of two planned concerts to kick off Combs’ ‘Middle Of Somewhere’ tour revealed that the singer was even more generous to his fans.
