The eighth season of the Fox reality competition series will feature 22 celeb contestants, more than ever before. During the premiere night, four contestants will perform and then the audience will vote for their favorites.
The two with the least amount of votes will be unmasked immediately. The two with the most votes will perform again in a “Battle Royale,” in which they’ll sing the same song.
The winner will advance to the next round while the loser will be unmasked. Three people will be unmasked on night one! In future weeks, only three contestants will perform each episode and two will be unmasked.
