Sue, who plays straight-talking Eileen Grimshaw on the Corrie cobbles, spoke of her relationships and insecurities, and revealed she fell pregnant aged 17 by a man more than twice her age.
As the actress prepares to return to the Street after a summer on the West End, she's lifted the lid on her hidden fears - revealing she used to be too terrified to even speak to her fans because of her own insecurities.
Sue said: "For quite a few years, if somebody came up to me in the street, the inside of my stomach muscles would tense up and I'd be thinking 'oh God, don't come over.
