Coronation Street 's Gail Platt and David Platt were evicted from their home on Monday in heartbreaking scenes that moved viewers to tears.
Gail (Helen Worth) has lived at No.8 for more than 30 years, was evicted as part of the Ray Crosby building development storyline.
She and son David waved goodbye to the empty house in sad scenes where David apologised to tearful Gail for "mowing her slippers".
Gail will be moving in with son Nick Tilsley after he reluctantly offered her a place to stay, but spoilers reveal Ray's business plan falls through and everyone will be able to return to their homes.
