The actor, who is best known for playing David Platt in Coronation Street, took to Instagram with a new selfie - and he was joined by a friend.

Jack, 33, was all smiles as he posed with his and girlfriend Hanni Treweek's pet chihuahua, Lady - who also appeared to be grinning for the brilliant snap.

Quoting the iconic film Dumb and Dumber, the soap star captioned the post: "'…And then she said do you love me? And I said no, but that’s a real nice ski mask!'"
