Helen was delivering PPE to the NHS during the coronavirus crisis when her vehicle came to a sudden stop. Luckily the AA came to her rescue.
She filmed herself after breaking down on the main road, telling her 922k followers in an Instagram video: "So I broke down on the motorway today.
