Catherine Tyldesley was spotted out on a leisurely stroll with her newborn daughter Iris in Manchester on Wednesday.The former Coronation Street welcomed her second child with Tom Pitfield in April, revealing at the time: "We are grateful beyond words and feel overjoyed that our family is complete." And the 38 year old, who took on the role of Eva Price in the popular ITV soap, was seen pushing the little bundle of joy in a pram on a low-key outing.

Catherine nailed her off-duty look as she stepped out in a pretty floral patterned midi-dress and a denim jacket to keep her warm.

The soap star wore her brunette locks in a sleek style and wore a pair of chic shades. For maximum comfort, Catherine opted for a pair of white trainers to spend quality time with her baby daughter.The soap star shared the news of the newborn's birth in a joint post with her husband Tom on her Instagram page. "We are so happy to announce that our beautiful daughter has arrived," the couple posted alongside a beautiful black and white image. In the stunning snap, Catherine and Tom kept their adorable little girl's face out of the camera, but fans could see the tot's tiny toes as she wore a white nappy.The soap actress, who also starred on Strictly Come Dancing, already shares seven year old son Alfie with her photographer husband.

Catherine recently marked six years of wedded bliss and paid tribute to her husband on Instagram. Alongside a snap of them on their wedding day, Catherine gushed: "6 years today @tompitfieldphotography!
